Backyard Signature Cleanse
A gentle cleanse of only juices to reset and reboot your digestive system and get rid of toxins.
Perfect if you are new to cleansing or want a balanced detox.
You will receive six bottles of freshly pressed juice each day.
Medicinal Green Glow Cleanse
A powerful, deeper “juice only” cleanse to heal, nourish and support cellular repair.
This cleanse is focused on alkalising, chlorophyll rich plant nutrition from mostly vegetables with a small amount of fruits for a high hit of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.
You will receive six bottles of freshly pressed juice each day.
Honest Cleanse
A balanced mix of high quality cold-pressed juices, smoothies and homemade soups. This cleanse is well suited to those who want a gentle cleanse that is focused on re-establishing healthy eating habits and consuming just the right balance of nutrition while giving your digestive system a pause to help replenish your vital organs.
By introducing blended smoothies and soups into this cleanse, you will be consuming essential fibre, antioxidants and live enzymes while restoring a sense of energy and help decrease cravings of sugar and carbs.
All of our juices, smoothies and soups are made in house so we know there is only whole foods from the earth.
This cleanse works in the same way as our other cleanses. Six items to consume daily in two hour increments.
Why cleanse with us?
- All of our juices are made using a hydraulic cold-press juicer imported from the USA, which retains up to five times more nutrients than other juicers on the market, it does this by breaking down the cell walls of the fruit and vegetables to unlock all of the nutrients, trace minerals, enzymes and other vital elements inside.
- We only use organically grown or chemical-free ingredients, which especially with juices is so important. If the ingredients aren’t chemical-free, those chemicals are going straight to your bloodstream.
- All of our cleanses have been designed by a nutrition expert to offer maximum healing, cellular repair and detoxification.
How does it work?
- Fill in a request form and pay online or book in person at the cafe at least 24 hours before you wish to start. Your cleanse will not be confirmed until you have paid.
- We suggest preparing for your cleanse at least three days in advance by reducing meat, caffeine, alcohol, sugar and other processed foods whilst consuming at least two litres of fresh water per day.
- All juices are available to collect at Backyard Cafe anytime from 7:30am.
- You can collect two days worth of juice cleanses one time if you wish.
- Delivery is possible within central Phnom Penh for an additional fee.
- You will receive all of your food / drink for one full day.
- Everything must be stored in the refrigerator.
- We advise you to consult a health professional before cleansing if you have any serious health conditions.
